We will manufacture inspection harnesses with high durability tailored to vehicle units. Standard vehicle harnesses tend to have low durability, leading to a higher frequency of replacement. Our products feature dedicated connectors designed for the specific unit, providing a lifespan of 100,000 cycles and allowing for one-handed insertion and removal. Additionally, the structure allows for the replacement of only the connection terminal, making it easy to replace worn terminals on-site, eliminating the need to replace the entire harness. We can accommodate a wide range of pins, including flat terminals with a pin size of 0.5 mm. Our company responds flexibly to customer requests. We offer knowledge of connectors and cables, as well as processing technology. We provide prototypes and inspection harnesses connected to connectors, using both standard and specialized cables.
